The Dragon Ate The Queen

We got a booth for an upcoming Ren Fair. They wanted period era stuff so am working on a couple new paintings. This is the first one. I used acrylics and paint pens. I had a blast working on this and really like how it came out. Let me know what you think and thanks for the support.

3 New Paintings & a Much Needed Update

Here are some new paintings I finished this past week for the art / craft show I will be a part of this weekend called Art Against Hunger (Sat Dec. 10th from 10am - 4pm). I also updated my Spaceman Mcgee painting. Always thought it was missing something so played around with it and now I think it looks finished. Come on by my booth and say hi. Help support your local artists and also help out a great cause! Plympton's Guard Dog Global Jam

This is my frame for Plympton's Guard Dog Global Jam. The segment I'm in is a flikr style animation where 102 different artists each do one frame. It was originally a little girl laughing but as long as you stay within the lines you can do whatever you want. This is what I wanted.

Creature From the Black Lagoon

Here is an original painting in my sketch book.
You can get a print of it here http://www.etsy.com/listing/54073328/creature-feature

Sketch 17 - Lizgordo

this guy kinda reminds me of something that would show up on "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers" or some other show like that.
hint hint - I will sell him cheap :D

was a fun creature to draw, strange yes, but still fun.
and 4 big bites out of your hide at the same time is pretty scary.
